Default Re: I can't live morbidly obese - here's why

I just wanted to say good luck! You can and WILL get to your goals.
All of us - in one way or another - can relate to your post. Maybe all in different ways, but the reason we are all here on this board is because we've all been there - in that post that you wrote. I think we could all write that out - but you were brave enough to share your feelings with the "world" - and now you know what to do.

I myself have yo-yo'd literally since I was 12 years old. I'm turning 30 on August 29th. I'm so sick and tired of going back and forth and back and forth - and reading your post just re-iterates exactly why I (we all) need to stick with this way of eating for life.

I used to be such an advocate of "low-fat" dieting and now that I know the truth, I refuse to ever go back to that way of eating - which got me to my highest of 220 pounds years ago...

Food is not worth the pain and suffering we feel and deal with. It's fuel for our bodies and that is all. (tasty fuel - lol).

Anyways - thank you so very much for your post - you are absolutely an inspiration to us all.

Congrats on the weight you've lost thus far, and an advance congrats on the weight you're still bound to lose.
