just wanted to say THANK YOU! your advice was spot on Chinadoll. Also the zucchini idea has changed my life! I actually acquired a slicer that slices zucchini into spaghetti thin strips. Awesome tool. It's so easy to heat up and eat too. Fresh zucchini is only 2-3 mins in the microwave. I'm down around 10lbs since this post. I lost most of that the 2 weeks I did exactly as you said :P I'm still fudging around with soda's and stuff and definitely not getting enough water. The *beep* has hit the fan here in Florida though, so I'm not expecting too much of myself right now. Still losing weight though
