You can also make sugar free Jell-O by using 2 packs Knox unflavored gelatin, 1 pack Kool-Aid in the cheap packages that have no sugar and no artificial sweeteners (which would be aspartame), plus Splenda to taste. You mix all that with 2 cups water--one cup boiling; one cup cold. Make sure that your whipped cream is homemade and not Cool Whip or from a can. |
