Re: Peanut Butter made me gain 2 pounds? | | Many people have problems with peanut butter. 4 Tablespoons is way over the "5 net carb" allowance and is a Rung 3 food. Drinking all your water with additives probably didn't help - I'd say the peanut butter is the culprit. Make sure you drink 64 ounces of your water PLAIN --- then you can add something to it.
Start back up today getting back on plan and stay away from peanut butter. It's probably one of the foods you will have to add back very slowly when you get to that rung.
Also remember everything effects your weight during the day -- like I said before, get back on plan today and stay there.
