Re: Help! Need Chicken Wings in NYC | | I fry them as well, but, when I make them it's usually for 10+ people so I have to do several batches. I use a large stock pot and oil to deep fry. Same butter and Frank's sauce mixture as above.
I also like them without sauce.
I'm trying to come up with a good curry sauce idea next. I'm thinking curry paste, melted butter and a wee bit of hot sauce for a little spice.
