Hi Whitney--

You don't say what your beginning or current weight is, your height, age, how much you lost during your 2 week induction -- it's a little hard to help if we don't know much about you.

Are you using www.fitday.com or another program to help keep track of what you are eating? When I first started I made my menu out the night before, put everything into Fitday so I knew how things looked and could tweak anything that needed it before I actually ate anything...I also cooked things in advance so I didn't feel the need to go off plan. You said on another post you were looking for soup recipes, did you find any and are you sure you're getting all the vegetables daily you should be eating?

Are you drinking a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water daily? If not, that may be part of your problem. How much exercise are you doing?

Let us know what's going on so someone can hopefully help you.
