Dear frinds...
its only few months ago that i had posted this here, ...
i lost 20 kilos !! in 3-1/2 months ! and now i have to buy new clothes
if i lose another 5 ill be perfect i guess...
together with the diet i did a lot of sports also..
for about 2 months now i didnt gain any weight.. but i really eat quit normal.. even bread or a cake or ice cream once here and there... but i dont over do it.
I did it ! and i wish luck to all others stil trying...
the knowledge and the book of course is one thing, but to have a very strong motivation is the key to everything. for me it was that i wanted to go windsurfing and i wasnt able so fat... find your motivation and the main reason you love to lose weight and stick to it ! the goal is for sure !
