Re: First day menu suggestions | | I would start with bacon and eggs for a nice breakfast that will hold you for awhile. Lunch can be a chef salad with oil and vinegar or blue cheese dressing, or a tuna salad with mayo on some lettuce.
Pork rinds make a good crunchy snack. A hard boiled egg or deviled egg can also get you past that late afternoon lull.
Dinner meat of your choice, a green veggie and a small salad. I sometimes save my salad for an hour later so I don't eat at night, but you can have a snack again then as long as it is legal.
