Here and not happy with Pizza hut and their dreaded loaded wings....anyway...I am above my ending Induction weight by 2.5 pounds....argh! Other than the mishap with the wings I have been so strict. I am logging everything....and telling myself my body will catch up and the scale will go down. On a positive note...I measured myself this morning and have lost 2 inches...that tape measure was COLD!
I counted my glasses of water from yesterday....over 190 ounces...I am surprised I didn't float away. It has made my hands soooo cold tho...always holding a glass of ice water
