Welcome back to Atkins! If you haven't read/re-read DANDR 2002 recently, it would be good to carefully go over it again. We also have a "Read the book" challenge that will start soon. If you want to join, this is the last day to register, so hurry up! This is the link to it: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...challenge.html (2009 Read The Book Challenge)

One other thing, don't treat Atkins as a diet that will only help you lose some pounds. Atkins is much more than that if you want to be successful not only in losing weight, but also in maintaining your weight and becoming healthier. Do a clean Induction, move to OWL and climb the Carbohydrate Ladder, then progress to Pre-Maintenance and Maintenance.

I see you have set some mini goals there. That's good. It's also good that you didn't set a deadline on them; that often proves to only discourage members, because they did not lose X lbs by a certain date. If you want, you can add those mini goals in your signature. To do this, click on Quick Links (on the blue bar on top of the page), then Edit Signature. Edit it. Save. Done. Then it will appear every time you post.
