Re: STAC Rollcall Monday 11-2-9 | | Good morning all !!! Hope everyone had a great guilt free weekend  Laura, the best I can suggest is what I have started to do. Since I changed my way of thinking, I have a strange "calm" about this whole thing. I look at each food I'm thinking about, and ask if I'm going to have any regrets in the morning (Sort of like dating) So far it has worked wonders. Evergirl, if you're doing extended induction, remember that alcohol is not allowed, and the flatbreads aren't either. Just a thought, but all those little "cheats" added up and are what got me off the wagon for almost 2 years. The habits you make now are what are going to get you through the long haul, and not 55 yrs like me and still fighting your weight.
For me, I'm down 2 more pounds this Week. I'm kicking myself for that moment of "is that all" when I got on the scale . I'm reminding myself that if that was a gain, I'd be so disappointed in myself and degrading myself. So, I'm embracing it as a WIN
