i say some canned sardines, tuna, canned ham without sugar, canned veggies etc..
also those packaged already cooked hams.. those are good for more than a week.. and there are some that have no sugars or corn starch or anything...
also beef jerkey and other dried meats, and cheeese! u could also make cheese chips for a snack.. those seem to be good for a few days..
but at least for the first few days you cna bring meat and cook it on the fire!
but hey, bringing good food camping is a hassle for everyone, not just ppl on atkins |
