Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms | | This is an easy recipe that I have used for years. It tastes great and works for induction in small quantities. Kristen's Stuffed Mushrooms
12 large mushrooms
1 pkg 12 oz. Jimmy Dean Sausage (any kind, but no added sugars)
1 pkg 8 oz. Cream Cheese (usually use 2 pkgs but for Atkins, use one)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Spring of Rosemary (or 1 tsp dried rosemary)
-Fry sausage in pan and set aside to cool
-Take stems off mushroom, wash and dry on a paper towel
-Mix cream cheese, salt and rosemary in a separate bowl
-Fold sausage into mixture (if you want it creamier, just use 1/2 sausage)
-Stuff the mushrooms
-Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cream cheese is soft
