Hi there. I'm not sure what level of Atkins you're doing. If it's induction, I see more than 3 cups of veggies. I'm not sure what the Snapple is sweetened with, or what's in it for that matter (like, is there real peach juice in it, if so a no no for induction). Same thing with the protein bar. If there are ingredients in it not on the acceptable food list, you should avoid it for your two week induction period. Other then that, it looks pretty good. Without plugging everything in to fitday and looking, you might be a little low on fat. |
