No Fran, you shouldn't "hope". You have to tell yourself you WILL do that!
ttdriver is correct. Do the 14 day Induction properly. Then decide if you want to extend Induction alittle or if you want to move onto OWL, where you'll have a wider variety of foods to eat. If fruit is what you want, you can have fruit on OWL. So get the myth that Induction is how I'll be eating
forever on Atkins. Atkins is so much more than Induction and you can decide if you want to stay on it longer or say hello to the wider food choices on OWL. One of the most common reasons people fall off the wagon is that they stay on Induction too long and get bored with the food selection. So if fruit is what you want back into your menu, move into OWL on Day 15.
