I got a really bad cold and my throught is killing me. I can't swallow anything. It even hurts my throut to just turn my head. I dont want to chew and eat much. I just want a lot of liquids. Is it ok to do this? this would mean no veggies and possibly no meat today. It hurts to just move my mouth. Im having clear 0carb,0sugar broth for lunch. can i eat it for dinner too and thats it?
