YUM! Just rediscovered stuffed mushrooms last week and I can't get enough!
I have made the recipe (mine is almost exactly like yours

) with
bacon bits or
ham instead of the sausage as well. Sometimes I'll top with a small square or grate some ementhaller (sp)
swiss cheese on top. Oh, and I usually chop up and add some of the
mushroom stems as well. Last week, I also added a dash (prob. btwn 1/8 and 1/4 tsp) of
onion powder and that was yummy!
Served these at a dinner and got all sorts of rave reviews!
