If you'd like our input, we're going to need a lot more information from you to try to help you out. Here comes the slew 'o questions. Ready? Set? ...

What are you eating exactly? Please give us a couple days worth of menus and include *everything* you've put in your mouth. Not only what, but how much. If you used dressing, tell us what and how much. Add cream to something? How much. You get the idea. A complete detailing of a couple of days worth of menus.

How much water are you drinking a day? Anything besides water? What and how much?

What are you doing for exercise? Did you just start exercising recently?

What is your current height/weight and what is your goal weight?

Are you taking any medications? How about supplements? If yes, what?

Have you taken your measurements? Are you seeing any change there?
