Isolate is pure protein anf Concentrate is when they mix isolate with whey podering increasing the protein amount and lowering the carb amounts in the same size scoop. this is where several of your carbs are. The more isolate they add the lower the carbs are but the price goes up.
You can add some of your favorite oil to get you in Atkins proportions with the flax it should need less then a Tablespoon total but you can figure it out in fitday by moving your calander forward and seeing how much fat you need to get to your current ratio if that is all you are going to have at your meal.
