Only Day 2 : Carb withdrawal | | Im having the meannnnnnnnnn case of carb withdrawal right now like soooooooooooooooooooooo bad.
I know im not hungry but like im like literally beggin my mom for my honey nut cheerios. and i keep lookin at my wheat bread in teh cabinet (im a wheat bread feign)
What can i do to like stop this withdrawal? What can i snack on. I look at everything and it all has sugar.
Am i allowed to eat nuts?
What about extra? Is extra really sugar? I heard we can use splenda but all out of splenda?
this is so harddddddddd.
