Re: new at this | | Poppie, don't be discouraged, there isn't any rate the you SHOULD be going at, it happens when it happens. Some people hit stalls which are normal. I want to suggest that you weigh yourself once a week so you're not stressing so much and it makes the weekly weigh in an event, it will make you feel a lot better, trust me.
