Re: Quick reply needed ???? | | It takes time to lose weight, that is the harsh reality. You will lose no more weight if you give up. This is not meant to be rude, its just the truth. Please, think of your health not just what size jeans you wear. You are doing great, please don't be so hard on yourself (and this WOL). The weight will come off, but not always as fast as we would like it to. You are worth the wait, and so is your health!
