My doctor was very open to Atkins. She said she did think it would work if done correctly and would not be harmful. Her only concern was that it was too boring and I would not stick to it. I assured her all you have to do is be a little creative and you can come up with tons of new recipies! Your news is so great and makes me feel even better!!!! |
