Its my second day, and I promised myself, I wasn't going to get on the scale well I did, and I lost 4.5 pounds! I didn't believe it so I stepped on it again, and it said 173.5! I am so happy, the only thing I really did yesterday was walk a mile and do about 50 crunches. So yay!!
