www.fitday.com. It's a great way to journal your foods. During induction we strive to eat around 65% fat 30% protein and 5% carbs most of which come from the acceptable veggie list. As someone pointed out, do your Atkins by the book. You'll be the most successful that way including measuring and eating those proper veggies. Along with drinking lots of water, taking your supplements and exercising, you'll be well on your way to success.
