Don't let food have a hold on your life, chocolate cake never made anyone healthy or happy. I go out to eat with my friends, and I eat legal foods and I feel bad for them!! All that unhealthy carbage they eat, I wish they would listen about how evil sugar is!!!
Heidi is right, you need to change your focus. Quit thinking about what you can't have, and think about what you can! You can eat steak, burgers, butter, cream cheese, real mayo, broccoli with cheese sauce, and I could go on and on!! I watch my best friend eat Nutrasystem food, and its so tiny and I feel so bad for her!! Please, don't mourn the loss of carbage, its not worth it.
Oh, please please please drink your water!! You will be shocked at how much faster the weight falls off. Maybe you would do better if you move on to OWL, the extra food choices really make a difference. I have lost on OWL, and I get to eat lots of yummy food. Hang in there, do not give up on yourself. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
