Re: 1 month weigh in | | Well, if it makes you feel better, I went from 250-ish, to 199 from the beginning of March, to the beginning of May. That also includes a 2 week stall. So you're goals are definitely reasonable, and possible. Just make sure to drink plenty of water, and if you gain anything, it's most likely muscle weight, or it's water, which comes right back off.
And don't forget to measure.
