Actually you really don't know if your bar or your bread fixed it since the bar with its slow digestive time continued to be digested and a bit released into your small intestine even as you were having the bread. you would need to do just the bar to the time you felt better and just the bread to see what really happened but you'd need to crash your blood sugar 2 more times so i wouldn't advice doing that. |
