Dreamof145! Good to hear from you, and fantastic to see your photos. What great progress you've made (what a lovely photo) and I bet you feel the benefits.

If there's one thing I feel proud of, it's the fact that I've inspired my family and colleagues to do the same and stop making excuses. Goodness knows, if I can do it, then so can anyone. It's (simply!) a case of making up your mind that you are giong to lose weight and do it. Nothing more, nothing less. And being organised helps enormously.

Go for it folks. There's a whole world out there that looks remarkably different when you take off your 'fat' goggles!
