I also eat ALOT of red meats and seafood (shrimp). No effect on my cholesterol at all. In fact, my ratios at my last test were 1.12. Doctors have been brainwashed by DRUG COMPANIES WHO PEDDLE THESE EXPENSIVE DANGEROUS DRUGS to pass them out like candy.

Your triglycerides are FABULOUS. Congrats on that! Oh and BTW, most professional doctors agree that its your trigs (blood fats) that contribute most to any sort of heart disease.
