It shows how (a) you need to follow the program properly, whatever version, and (b) the need for vigilance even when at goal, yo avoid backsliding into fat carb land! The Atkins for Life book has great recipes, tips and strategies for maintaining. But the most valuable one, I think, is Dr A's exhortation to weigh every week and not let yourself gain more than 5 lbs before doing something about it.
