Re: End of day 2 | | I had a lot of problem with hunger during Induction too. I tried to snack on "good" snacks like celery or pepperoni (watch the sodium). It eventually did pass the longer I was on Induction. I honestly believe it wasn't so much hunger, but carb cravings due to Induction. Drinking extra water helped too.
Nowadays, my "hunger" feeling is different. It no longer has that craving feeling or empty feeling like I did before Atkins. I feel hungry but not ravenous and am full and able to recognize being full alot easier.
