Re: Food Addict my recovery | | i do a modified atkins. i weigh and measure my food and dont eat any starchy carbs or peas or corn ect. i do eat quite a bit of fruit though.

i weighed over 200 lbs 20 years ago now i weigh 126 to 130 range never over 130 or i adjust my food.
