Default Re: Induction and fasting

Is there anyway you can schedule your diet around the fast?

Part of Atkins is keeping your blood sugar levels stable. That's done by giving it a steady supply of food during waking hours. For most religious fasts, you can't eat between sunrise and sunset or about 12 hours.

I won't ever tell anyone to disregard their religious customs for this diet, but you might want to see if you can tailor the diet around that schedule.

Also, I checked your weight and height on a BMI calculator
Quote:
Height 5'5
SW:145Ibs
CW:145Ibs
GW:105Ibs
For your current weight, your BMI is 24, which is in the "normal" BMI range for your height. You might want to reconsider your weight goal of 105 pounds because that will result in a BMI of 17 which is in the underweight range.
