I have made it though day 10 cheat free!! I am sticking to the rules and so far it is really not that hard. (knock on wood). I know the hard days are coming. My husband is buying me a elliptical trainer this weekend so I will have no excuse to just sit on the couch and watch t.v. I will be able to move during my fav shows. I have to admit I am a reality show junky, lol.
