Re: First week complete.... | | Congrats! That is wonderful. Adding the exercise will make a world of diff as well. (be sure to measure yourself in several locations every week - also what has worked for me is getting a few items of clothes I can't fit into and trying them on the same day as weigh in and measuring. Sometimes the scale or measurements don't show a lot - but the clothes show a BIG difference.)
