does anybody know if you can use the atkins diet if you had the gastric bypass done 2 yrs ago

Ernest check with (PM) Fr1endly2. Lisa had the bypass and she uses Atkins to get the protiens and such that she needs.

and i will say that my success post op (2 years now)
for my gastric bypass is that i use alot of my
rules from my atkins experience and do well.
BEING surgeons like us to eat high protein and
healthy carbs it really works!!!
