| Since I will be turning 50 in about a nanosecond, I would recommend trying the TaeBo videos with Billy Blanks. This is a great aerobic workout and I think it is really fun. You can do it at your own "pace"--I use the pause button quite a bit to catch my breath a little.I am sure there are others out there! Pam |

| Thanks for the suggestion Pamela! I saw those at Wal-Mart today but didn't know much about them! I would have to use the pause button too!

| I'm not over 50, but my parents are, and they use the WATP (Walk Away The Pounds) series DVDs by Leslie Sansone. They really like them, as both have knee problems and the WATP programs are low-impact.

| Don't forget Sweatin' To The Oldies! WATP is awesome, for sure. If you like to dance, you might want to consider something like Zumba. Honestly- before you buy anything, I'd head to the library and see what they have on DVD. Odds are there are quite a few! Better yet, if your library has a website, go take a look there and reserve them

| Sorry I can't help much either. I burn DVDs from a TV program with an Italian aerobic champ leading. Does cardio and muscle building. I like a few of the dance dvds around, but can't remember the name of my fav... have lent it to a pal.

| I use alot of the Beachbody series. The one I am working on right now is Slim in 6 & it is a great workout. It's a six week program, and I there are real fantastic results after 6 weeks. Turbo Jam is good too. Great music, High energy, & Fun! I've done Power 90 too, but find Tony a bit too much to take too often. I recently purchased Hip Hop Abs, and tried it for a few times, and didn't like it at all, so I returned it. Beachbody does alot of infomercials on tv, or you can go directly to their web site beachbody.com Lots of good stuff out there, enjoy! |
