| well....I bought the S6 tapes...watched the first tape and thought, hmmmm....better get in shape before I try this. So I'm scheduled to start it mid May. I don't think I can do the pushups due to an old car accident injury but I'm gonna try. Currently I'm at the gym (like Curves) 4 days per week and also doing treadmill...am stronger so I'm hopeful I can do the S6 - lots of people here report great results Catherine
