this forum isn't used so much, is it mary ann? i forget to come to come here....wishful thinking for the not to be over 50 group? perhaps but hey, with age comes free checking and senior discounts!  try to get weight off now as you know, it gets harder and harder to get it off and keep it off when we age. my sister is about 7 years older than me and has steadily gained close to 10 pounds every decade. let's get it off and keep it off!

Hi Mary Ann  Welcome back to your ADBB family  I am glad you decided to get back to Atkins - as Jo said, as we get older it is even more important not to be carrying that extra weight around with us.

Welcome back aboard Mary Ann! We may have to work a little harder in the fifties, to get the weight off... but results do come and are much more satisfying for that extra little push. Betty said it right: Fifty truly is nifty!!  Best wishes on your Atkins journey!

Hi, I'm back again. 
My name is Mary Ann. I did a Bootcamp challenge a few years ago. When Induction ended, so did I. I guess I wasn't really ready for a new lifestyle change. I fell off the wagon so many times!!. I am planning to start again tomorrow and I hope to stick with it this time. I am 56 and happy to be here.
