| That's good news Sunny! Actually, I too noticed a reduction in body odour since doing Atkins, but as my beginning the programme coincided with perimenopause (and now menopause), I thought that maybe this was the reason. Maybe it's Atkins though that turns our armpits into our charmpits!

In my case, Atkins was the only variable since I am well past the other two milestones. Although I did see a documentary several years ago that said that the scent of elderly ladies' armpits was comforting to babies! |

No, I don't take fish supplements... if you were asking me. I do try to eat canned salmon with bones and skin once a week, though. Desertthorn, I do the step back and "Don't kiss me in the morning" routine, too! But is it ever worth it! Other than that, I smell great! |
