| Desertthorn, I have read a lot about coconut oil, and have just started including it sparingly in my diet. I think I will up my intake, too. I have eczema and get terrible cracks in my feet. So this morning I melted a little coconut oil and rubbed it on my feet, then put thick socks on. It feel SO good! |

I don't think I could eat/drink it neat Some people add it to drinks to make it easier to get down.
