| Hi Nana! Congrats for following the plan closely this time around. You won't regret it. Yeah... it's true that the menopause slows us down along with passing years, but with constance, we still lose perfectly well. I guess we just need a little more patience and perseverance. Kudos to you for learning to love the tape measure. Très wise!

| Nana -- yes it is harder as we get older to loose weight, but it's still possible and you will get to your goal. It won't be at lightening speed, but as you go through each day you will appreciate each pound loss and you were be so much more determined to keep it off. I just keep thinking if it's this hard to loose weight when I'm 51 I can't imagine how much slower it will be in 5 years, 10 years or more..... Congratulations on coming this far -- I can't wait to see more!

| Yup...Still hanging in there. Trying to get my exercise in each day and adding a different weight workout. The scale is still up and down and I have decided to wait until the end of this exercise challenge to measure again. But, I didn't gain it in a day and I won't lose it that way either. Drat! : ( Thanks for asking! |
