| Su-weet! Way to go. I love it, too. I feel really good about all of it most of the time. Stories like this make me remember why. Great job sticking to plan. Will you continue extended induction? If so, for how long? Just grillin ya!

| This is a wonderful way to live our lives, especially when the first signs of age are starting to creep into our world. I can remember when I didn't have aches and pains but with the exercise I've been doing them seem to be getting less and less. I guess when your body is use to doing something other than just sitting and gets use to moving again and the aches and pains diminish. Good luck continuing along your journey.
