| There use to be a long list of vegetables that were suppose to make you loose weight if you ate them - they were called "negative calories" because it was said it took more calories to eat them that they had in them.......celery comes to mind.....I always wondered about that. I love celery and eat it all the time -- if the "negative calorie" theory were correct I should weigh about -9 pounds......ROFL Yep Liv - fats helps you loose weight....not celery & other so called "negative calorie" foods.

| Great question, Carole! It makes me so mad to watch all the ads on TV about pills and certain foods that will burn the fat off of you while you just sit there and watch an info-mercial! And it's so sad that so many people waste their money on these hoaxes when it actually cost less to just eat good, fresh food and go for a walk. |
