| Hi Everyone, I am new here, also. I am 64 y/o, and am on my way to losing 50 pounds. I have been on Atkins for 3 weeks, and have lost 13.5 lbs. Santa brought me a Wii, and I am really into the Wii Fit. It is fantastic. If I can answer any questions about it, bring 'em on. I am so glad to see this board for us "Sexy Seniors". LOL !!! If 50 is the new 40, then what the heck am I ? teehee |

| Hi Carole & Sally, I wouldn't say that I am a Wii "expert".........but I am giving it heck. LOL !!! Looks like you guys do a lot of working out. I have been really out of shape for a couple of years, and am trying hard to get back where I was. I feel so much better. I can see such a difference by not having tons of carbs everyday. And I am committed not to take the first bite of anything that even resembles a "cheat". I know how that goes from past experience. I will keep you informed of my progress. Next Wednesday will be four weeks for me, and I can see a BIG change in my body already. If I am rambling, it is because I am EXCITED !!!! Talk to you soon. |
