So far this week for lunch I've had... Monday: Roast beef, 1 stalk of celery with 1.5 tbsp. cream cheese, and a couple of sundried tomatoes. Tuesday: Turkey and Gouda roll up w/ mayo, small mediterranean salad (mozerella, basil, tomato, black olive, olive oil, s&p). Wednesday: sm. salad (lettuce, celery, toms) w/ taco meat and a bit of sour cream.
