I sometimes eat a "mock danish". Have you heard of it? It's famous on lowcarber website. The original recipe calls for an egg, some cream cheese, a little bit of 50 fifty jelly, lemon extract, and Splenda.
Let me know if you aren't familiar with it and want the recipe. It is great. I don't know who's recipe it is, but I've altered mine several ways. I highly recommend it.
