Hey guys, I built a web database interface for Atkins meals. Later today I should be able to post a way to get a meal out of the database, but right now it's up & functioning for entering meals.
The idea (eventually) is that you select what phase of Atkins you're on, select the number of carbs & calories you want for a given meal, and then select any foods you'd prefer to avoid... submit and it spits out your meal for you as though it were a recipe.
I don't want to post this in too many different places, but if you would be willing to submit your meals to the database to share with others, you can access it
here. I have another thread in this forum w/ instructions on how to post, and a sample page.
