Just stick with it. If you're not doing weight bearing exercises, start them now. You won't lose weight any quicker, but you'll get smaller, which is what you want. Muscle weighs more than fat at the same volume, think there's a graphic around here somewhere. But, end result is that you'll look better in your clothes, no matter your actual weight.
